What we collect
When you apply, we collect your name, email, phone number, country and your answers to the role's questions. In the Talentix app you add your CV, your interests and your notification preferences. Companies who contact us share their name, company and hiring needs.
Why we use it
To process your application, share your profile with the company recruiting when you progress, contact you about roles that match you, and send you updates and weekly training in the app.
Who sees it
The Talentix team. A hiring company only sees your profile once we present you for its role. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is active, and up to 24 months after your last activity, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time from the app or by writing to hello@talentix.africa. These rights apply under the data protection laws of the country you live in and, for the diaspora, the GDPR.
